Chantilly, VA - Guernsey Office Products, Inc. announced today the acquisition of Harold's Business Supply, Inc. d/b/a Discount Office Products. The transaction was completed as an asset sale this past Friday. Discount's operations in the Richmond market will provide an important logistics platform for Guernsey's urban crescent -Baltimore/Washington D.C./Richmond/Norfolk- trading footprint.
