ON-SITE ASSISTANCE: Your account will be managed by an Account Executive who is responsible for developing the specifics of your supplies program, problem solving and coordinating customer support efforts on your behalf. They are responsible for your ultimate satisfaction.
In addition, they can make site visits to your office to speak with the purchaser and/or end-users about current office product needs. They are trained to recommend products for a particular application, offer information on comparable products to help you cut costs, demonstrate new products and advise you when a particular product is not measuring up to its advertised performance.
CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER: If you need to speak with someone about an order, a specific product or a problem, you may contact a Guernsey Customer Service Representative for a courteous and timely response. Customer Service Representatives are available by phone during the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
